Prerequisites

To stream to Vimeo, you need to:

• Have a Vimeo subscription with live streaming enabled.
• Be a Socialive Administrator in your Socialive account.

Process

1. Go to vimeo.com.
2. Click New Video > Create Live Event. Create and configure your Vimeo live event.
3. You will see two tabs on the right side while you are on Vimeo's Live Preview page; click on Connect (RTMP).
4. Copy the RTMPS URL and Stream Key for your event.
   
5. In Socialive Studio, follow the steps to add an RTMP connection.
6. Set up your broadcast in Socialive. When you are ready, click Start Broadcast.
7. If you enabled preview in Vimeo, you would need to click Go Live on the Live Preview page.
8. When you are ready to end your stream, click End Event in Vimeo and then End Broadcast in Socialive.
