As the host of a session, if you plan to connect with your guests before or during a recording, you will want to"join your guests" in the Green Room so they can see and hear you. This article will go over the steps to join your guests in the Green Room.

Process

1. There are two ways to join your guests in the Green Room:
   • When a guest joins the Green Room, there will be a pop-up window that prompts you to select your camera and microphone device and join them in the Green Room.
     
   • If you miss the pop-up, you can still join them in the Green Room. Hover over your camera feed, click on the carrot (a), and select Join guests in green room (b).
     
2. After you join, you will see a Green Room box on the upper-left corner of your camera feed to indicate you are in the Green Room.
   
3. Verify that your guests can see and hear you. You will see your guests on the left side under Live Sources. You can also use the built-in chat feature on the right to communicate with your guests.
