This article provides instructions to connect your Sprinklr account to Socialive. Integrating Sprinklr with Socialive allows you to send Socialive recordings directly to a Sprinklr environment.
Prerequisites
To connect Sprinklr to Socialive, you need to:
- Have a Sprinklr Developer account associated with your Sprinklr account. To register for an account, go to the Sprinklr Dev Portal.
- Generate a new API Key in Sprinklr. For instructions, refer to the Sprinklr API documentation.
- Contact Sprinklr Support to enable the Client Credentials Grant Type for the API Key you created.
Once you have completed the steps above, you can add the integration in Socialive.
Process
- In Socialive, click your initials to open the Settings menu.
- In the Settings menu, click Integrations.
- On the Integrations page, click Add Integration.
- Click Sprinklr.
- Give the integration a name (or use the default one) and click Save. Giving each integration a specific title may be useful when creating integrations of the same type for different environments. For example "Send to Prod2 Sprinklr" versus the default "Send to Sprinklr."
- Click New Authentication.
- Enter a name for your new authentication.
- Scroll down and paste the API Key in the Client ID field and the Client Secret in the field below. You can obtain your API Key and Client Secret in Sprinklr > Apps > My Keys (https://developer.sprinklr.com/apps/mykeys).
- Scroll down and select your environment from the drop-down list. If you have a different environment value you would like to use, contact Socialive Support.
- Click Create.
- A notification will appear to confirm the authentication was successfully created. Click Finish to complete the setup. Now you can send Socialive recordings to Sprinklr.
Sending Recordings to Sprinklr
Follow the steps in the article to send recordings to Sprinklr. When you send recordings to Sprinklr:
- You will receive email notifications when the upload is completed.
- The upload time will vary but most files will complete within 15 minutes. However, additional time may be needed for the video to process in Sprinklr.
